Crafted with fruit from two premium Yarra Valley sites – Hutchinson vineyard in Yarra Glen and Swallowfield vineyard in Gembrook.
Fermented wild with 15% whole bunches and matured in French oak (28% new), where it saw 10 months élevage prior to bottling. This boutique wine was crafted in small quantities.
