1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to Barrelhouse Cellars. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website. By using this website you agree to all terms and conditions set out herein. This website is owned by Property 6 PTY LTD (T/A Barrelhouse Cellars) ABN 27 652 036 943, located at 73 George St, The Rocks NSW 2000.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol

2.1. Barrelhouse Cellars practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under the NSW Liquor Act 2007: No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18.

2.2. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. You also agree that any recipient of alcoholic products purchased through our website is also of legal drinking age.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. Prices may be subject to change and may differ from those displayed in store. All prices are correct at time of purchase.

3.2. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3.3. Payment methods accepted are specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

4. Shipping

4.1. Alcohol may only be shipped to locations where it is legal to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment and receipt of alcoholic beverages.

4.2. Delivery times and shipping fees are specified on our website. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery beyond our control.

4.3. While all care will be taken to ensure products are packed safely, Barrelhouse Cellars takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

4.4. Valid Photo Identification must be shown upon delivery. If valid identification cannot be provided, or if signs of intoxication are shown your order may be cancelled. Refunds will be issued upon return of the order, minus any relevant shipping fees associated with the cost of delivery and return. Delivery persons may use their own discretion when determining when to cancel an order in compliance with relevant state laws.

4.5. Alcohol orders may not be left unattended and all steps should be taken by the purchaser to ensure that someone authorized to take delivery is present to receive their order.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with ACCC guidance. Returns may be refused where there is no problem with the product but the customer has changed their mind.

5.2. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued as a result of any major problems such as:

• Where a problem exists where the customer would not have made the purchase if known
• If the product is unsafe
• Is significantly different to the sample or description
• It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

5.3. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase

5.4. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed

6. Compliance with Laws

6.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, shipment, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

7. Gift Cards

7.1. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase

7.2. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash

9.1. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities related to the purchase, shipment, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
