Alkimi Syrah Rose 2023

There are aromas of fresh strawberry, dried cranberry and stewed rhubarb. Underlying these aromas are spice, gunflint and white pepper notes.

The palate exhibits layers of red apple skin, strawberry gum and ruby grapefruit notes with soft and sweet tones of pink marshmallow and raspberry jam.

These notes are woven into the lush mid-palate which then leads to a lovely long and crisp finish.

Best drunk in its youth, although the wine will also develop favourably over the next 2 years.
