The Highlands Gin was made to represent the state of New South Wales, and captures the essence of the Australian bush. With a mix of traditional and native botanicals, this gin has sweet and citrusy notes that give way to a savoury, peppery finish. A great gin that can be paired with tonic, soda water, or ice and garnished with your choice of botanical (we recommend rosemary, thyme, or lime).
This gin was gifted to the late Queen Elizabeth II for her Seventieth Jubilee on behalf of the people of New South Wales in 2022.
