Ours is more about balance, texture and fruit. It’s elegant rather than obvious. How altitude, cool grown fruit handled delicately.
Simply put Chardonnay is one of the greatest wines in the world. It is a wine that can age and develop wonderfully if made in the right conditions. It can be rich and complex or fresh and crisp. It is a brilliant food wine. It expresses the climate and the soil in which it is made and allows the winemaker great scope to express themselves.
